As a doula, I offer you a personal consultation tailored to your needs, which will support you in approaching the birth with confidence and clarity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is this conversation suitable for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This offer is for all pregnant women and their partners who would like personalized childbirth preparation. Perhaps you haven&#039;t been able to secure a spot in a childbirth preparation course or have consciously decided not to attend one. In our consultation, we will answer all your questions and discuss how you can best prepare for childbirth \u2013 tailored to your individual needs and wishes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#039;s what you can expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual consultation: <em>We&#039;ll discuss anything that&#039;s on your mind \u2013 whether it&#039;s choosing a place of birth, pain management techniques, or dealing with potential complications. Every question is welcome.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Specify birth wishes: <em>Together we will develop your personal birth wishes and I will support you in formulating them clearly and realistically.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Information about childbirth: <em>I provide you with sound information so you can make informed decisions. From the different stages of labor and medical interventions to natural birth processes \u2013 you&#039;ll receive the knowledge you need.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Space for emotions: <em>In addition to the practical aspects, there&#039;s also room for the emotional side of childbirth. We&#039;ll talk about potential fears, expectations, and how you as a couple can experience birth together.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your benefit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Individual support: <em>The conversation is tailored to your specific situation \u2013 no general advice, but customized support.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Flexibility: <em>You can schedule the appointment according to your needs and conduct the conversation in a relaxed atmosphere, whether at your home or in a neutral room.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Preparation without a course: <em>You will receive comprehensive preparation without having to attend a childbirth preparation course.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Here&#039;s how it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Appointment scheduling: <em>After you contact us, we will arrange an appointment for the meeting.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Preliminary questionnaire:<em> You will receive a short questionnaire so that I can best prepare for your topics and wishes.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>The conversation: <em>We will meet at the agreed time, either online or in person.
