Things don&#039;t always go smoothly, but Focus on Happy helps us break out of the downward spiral and return to contentment.<\/p>\n<p>Possible coaching topics could include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-awareness: Why am I so dissatisfied, even though everything should supposedly be fine?<\/li>\n<li>Career change as a mother<\/li>\n<li>Mastering the balance between work and family life<\/li>\n<li>Division of tasks with the partner<\/li>\n<li>Coping with the mental load<\/li>\n<li>Self-care<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All coaching sessions take place online. You&#039;re in your preferred environment, and we both save the time spent traveling. Because we really don&#039;t have too much time on our hands, do we?<\/p>\n<p>In my coaching sessions, I utilize methods from NLP and systemic coaching, among others.
