Life coaching is a fairly broad coaching concept. The difference between it and business coaching is that life coaching encompasses all areas of life. In life coaching, the client&#039;s personal focus and their personal development are usually paramount. It&#039;s about helping people take control of their lives and bring about positive changes. To facilitate even more profound change, I incorporate animals into my life coaching. Which animals do I use in animal-assisted life coaching? My horses are my primary focus, as they mirror people and show me precisely what the client is struggling with. My dogs and chickens are also involved.
