About me:<\/p>\n
I am a passionate children's yoga teacher (KYA) with heart and soul.
\nI work part-time as a kindergarten teacher.
\nI studied early childhood education and family education (BA).
\nI am currently studying childhood and social sciences with a focus on movement and health.
\nI work freelance as a children's yoga teacher and as a children's gymnastics trainer.
\nAs a former competitive gymnast, my path led me to yoga in 2020, away from the pressure to perform and towards a conscious, mindful lifestyle, simply to be! I want to offer this space to children and spend present, mindful time with them on an equal footing, where my yogis feel seen, heard, and accepted.
