Your baby is welcome, either on the mat or in a baby carrier. The workout is divided into two parts: cardio and Pilates. If your baby is still small and needs to be close to you, they will spend the cardio portion in an ergonomic baby carrier or sling. Older children or babies who don't like being carried are usually on the playmat or mat and are quite content there. Pilates exercises specifically target the pelvic floor and core muscles. We always ensure that you can attend to your baby's needs.<\/p>\n
