What is HypnoBirthing?<\/p>\n
With HypnoBirthing, you and your partner or birth doula prepare yourselves physically and mentally for childbirth and parenthood. It's a method for anyone who is looking forward to their upcoming birth and wants to feel satisfied afterward.<\/p>\n

The HypnoBirthing course takes place in the form of small group courses of 2-4 couples.<\/p>\n
A course consists of 4 course units, each lasting at least 3 hours, held weekly.<\/p>\n
The course can start from the 13th week of pregnancy.
\nThe ideal time for the course is between the 20th and 30th week of pregnancy.<\/p>\n
HypnoBirthing courses are for couples, as the birth partner plays a major role in the birth and is also given suitable tools to support the mother in the best possible way.<\/p>\n
If you find it difficult to participate in the group courses, please contact me; we can gladly arrange private individual courses.<\/p>\n
Some health insurance companies already partially reimburse the costs of HypnoBirthing courses. Please check with your health insurance company for details.<\/p>\n
