With the birth of your baby, your life changes. You&#039;re suddenly a mom or dad, and all at once they&#039;re there \u2013 questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BabySteps\u00ae<\/strong> This is a holistic baby course starting from the first weeks of life. The focus is on the emotional and motor development of babies and serves as stress prevention for parents. We play, sing, and share experiences! In my courses, I place great emphasis on a non-dogmatic approach to the individual, but often sensitive, topics. I answer all your questions based on the current state of knowledge in developmental and brain research.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The course concept for the soul<\/strong><br \/>\nIn my courses I work according to the pedagogical principle of voluntariness and focus on the many important pieces of information about the first year of a baby&#039;s life, as well as the exchange of ideas.<\/p>\n<p>Each lesson covers a different topic:<br \/>\nSleeping, carrying, milk, complementary feeding, communication and bonding. Elements from baby massage and &quot;kinesthetic infant handling&quot; are also incorporated.<\/p>\n<p><em>Your questions are my topics<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When will my baby sleep through the night?<\/li>\n<li>What&#039;s the deal with breastfeeding intervals?<\/li>\n<li>How does on-demand milk feeding work in everyday life?<\/li>\n<li>Why does my baby cry more in the evenings?<\/li>\n<li>Everyone talks about attachment and needs, but what does that actually mean?<\/li>\n<li>Is carrying my baby harmful?<\/li>\n<li>When and how will my baby learn to self-soothe?<\/li>\n<li>and much more\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Small groups<\/strong><br \/>\nThe small groups create a familiar and supportive atmosphere where sharing is both possible and encouraged.
