Oft sind es jedoch nicht die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Pfunde, sondern eine &#8222;Rektusdiastase&#8220;, die diesen Bauch entstehen lassen. Grund daf\u00fcr sind die geraden Bauchmuskeln, die w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft der Geb\u00e4rmutter Platz machen und zur Seite ausweichen. Da diese Muskeln jedoch auch eine St\u00fctzfunktion f\u00fcr deinen K\u00f6rper haben, k\u00f6nnen sie in diesem Zustand ihren Job nicht mehr richtig machen.<\/p>\n<p>Even very slim women, in whom the typical diastasis recti belly is not visible, can suffer from an abdominal cleft.<\/p>\n<p>Additional typical symptoms include discomfort in the lower back, shoulders, or digestive problems.<\/p>\n<p>In this special course, we will work intensively over four evenings to close your abdominal gap. You will receive suggestions for everyday life and many training tips that you need to practice daily at home.<\/p>\n<p>A few weeks later, we&#039;ll meet again to review your training progress and the appearance of your abdominal gap.
