But of course, a physiotherapist can also work preventively to avoid discomfort altogether.<\/p>\n<p>Whether it&#039;s a massage to relieve tension, lymphatic drainage to reduce water retention in your arms or legs, targeted exercises to stabilize your pelvis, or specific exercises to stabilize your pelvis, you will discuss exactly what will be done on site.<\/p>\n<p>Even early symphysis pubis dysfunction can be treated with supportive measures.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>And now what?
